The Bridge Group launch new social mobility policy document
Brightside and a number of our partners were amongst the audience of representatives from the media, charities and education sector addressed by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg at the launch of The Bridge Group’s first policy document Bridging the Gaps: Current Issues and Focus for 2011/12 on May 17. Outlining a strategy for increasing the diversity of intake into higher education, the document highlights the important roles mentoring and accurate IAG (information, advice and guidance) have to play in this area.
