Realising Opportunities national conference
The national Realising Opportunities programme, BrightsideUNIAID’s partnership with 12 research intensive universities led by Newcastle University, welcomes its new cohort of 350 Year 12 students, who will meet their ementors at the programme’s national conference, taking place at the University of Birmingham on February 12. As well as attending events and activities at the 12 research intensive universities, all participants are supported throughout the two year programme by an ementor, who is there to provide continuity between face-to-face events, alongside help and encouragement as the students complete their Realising Opportunities Programme .
